1. Download TAPro - Download
    - Click the Green button
    - Wait for the save/run dialog and select "Save"
    - Save TAPro to your desktop

2. Install TAPro
    - For Vista or Windows 7, see the note below
    - Double click on the file you just saved
    - Accept the typical security notifications

3. Run TAPro - Get a key
   - Double click on the TAPro Desktop icon
   - Select Enter License Key

Vista & Windows 7 Setup Tips:

After downloading the TAPro file, hover over the TAPro filename and select R-Mouse, Properties.  Then select the Compatibility Tab.  Then select "Run in compatibility mode".

After launching, accept the publisher not recognized warning.

If the message "unable to initialize the database", occurs when TAPro is launched, do the following.

1) Find the TAPro desktop icon
2) Right click the icon,
3) Select properties,
4) Go to the compatibility tab
5) Check the box for Privilege Level "run this program as Administrator".
